The story

One climber, one ascent

01 The call

Night Himalayas under moonlight. The mountains come first — a world so large the man entering it is barely a dot.

02 The ascent

Gloves, ropes, carabiners, an ice axe biting the wall. Handheld closeness, documentary breath — the physical price of every metre.

03 The whiteout

Space disappears. Wind tears at his clothing, the body gives out, walking becomes crawling. He stays human — exhausted, never humiliated.

04 The summit

Arms raised on the very tip of the peak — and the camera stays far away. A man remains small; the world remains enormous. That is the point.

Through all of it, one thing never leaves him: the black MOZGI beanie. The wind tears at his clothing — the identity stays.

AI direction

Directed, not generated

  • 01

    One hero, every frame

A 35–40-year-old climber with a short dark beard, always in black, always with the pack — his exact description rewritten into nearly every prompt, because the model would otherwise change his face, age or gear between shots.

  • 02

    The beanie rule

The black MOZGI beanie is the brand object — and the hardest continuity task. The logo had to sit centred above the brows, readable, never drifting to the temple, in storm, night and summit light alike.

  • 03

    A world kept cold

Blue hour, deep night, pre-dawn. No golden-hour advertising warmth: the cold blue palette carries danger, altitude and isolation, and the sun is allowed in only at the very end — as a verdict, not a filter.

  • 04

    Direction by prohibition

Every prompt ended with what the frame must NOT be: no warm daylight, no fashion posing, no oversized hero, no glossy CGI, no fantasy mountains. Negative constraints did the job a director does on set.

  • 05

    The reverse reveal

The finale — a mountain crumbling open into the stone MOZGI logo — was impossible to prompt directly. So the destruction was generated backwards as an assembly, then flipped in the edit. The model built the mountain; the film plays it falling apart.

  • 06

    Two directors, one pipeline

Concept, script, prompts, Veo 3 generation, MidJourney keyframes and Retexture, Flux Context Max corrections, ElevenLabs voice, edit, sound design and the final mix — the whole chain held between Oleg Pylypenko and Oleksiy Makhurenko, with no outside crew.

This film wasn’t made to prove AI can generate beautiful images. It was made to prove AI can be directed.

Ground Central — «NYC in Motion»

A vertical commercial for the New York coffee company, made with MOZGI AI for the US market — directed by Oleg Pylypenko together with Oleksiy Makhurenko. A father and daughter cross a golden-hour morning — street, café, subway — and the coffee becomes the pause inside the city’s velocity. Nothing was filmed in New York. The city was rebuilt frame by frame.

9:16 · 4K · 0:24

We didn’t film New York. We rebuilt it.

  • The research came first

Streets, intersections, bike lanes, subway entrances, platforms, carriage interiors, morning light and the way New Yorkers actually behave — studied and moodboarded before a single frame was generated.

  • One family, forty shots

The father keeps his light-blue blazer and holds his daughter with the same hand in every frame; her backpack never carries a logo; the cup keeps its exact lid. Continuity was directed, not hoped for.

  • The pause inside the motion

The film runs fast — taxis, skateboards, trains — until he lifts the cup to his face without drinking. For two seconds the city keeps moving and he doesn’t. That is the whole commercial.

  • Brand where it belongs

Ground Central lives on the cup and the storefront. No logo on the backpack, the station signage or the walls — the brand stays part of the morning, not printed over it.

The MOZGI AI showreel

The agency’s own reel — edited by Oleksiy Makhurenko, who also generated many of the shots in it; part of the works featured were created by Oleg Pylypenko.

FAQ

Quick answers

Who are MOZGI AI?

An AI-creative agency connected with Ukrainian producer Oleksii Potapenko, working in generative video production. Flavatars collaborates with MOZGI AI on films, music videos and commercial work.

What is «Forge the Impossible» about?

A lone mountaineer climbs through night, storm and whiteout to the highest point of his world. The black MOZGI beanie stays with him the whole way — a branded object turned into a symbol of identity and endurance. At the summit, the mountain itself opens into the MOZGI logo.

Who made these films?

Oleg Pylypenko together with Oleksiy Makhurenko, Director and AI Video Creator. Every work on this page came out of that pair: concept, script, characters, prompt engineering, generation, visual development, corrections, voice, edit, sound design and the final mix — with no outside crew.

How was the logo finale made?

Backwards. Generative models assemble better than they destroy, so the crumbling reveal was generated as a mountain building itself over the logo — and reversed in the edit. Understanding how the model behaves is part of directing it.

What else have Flavatars and MOZGI AI made together?

The Ground Central commercial «NYC in Motion» for the New York coffee company; the music video «Purtata» for Slavic Balagan — a joint production with over 522 thousand views, with a full director’s breakdown on our blog — and the MOZGI AI showreel, which features several works created by Oleg.

Was the Ground Central commercial filmed in New York?

No — and that is the point. The team researched the city first: streets, intersections, subway entrances, platforms, carriage interiors, morning light and commuter behaviour. New York was then reconstructed frame by frame through reference-based generation, with the characters, wardrobe, cup and props held identical across every shot.

What does «Forge the impossible» mean?

Not just doing the impossible — forging it: through pressure, fire and work. The film says it without saying it: there are no shortcuts to the top, and the summit belongs to whoever keeps moving.

Can you make a brand film like this for us?

Yes. One branded object is enough to start: we build the story, the world, the hero and the finale around it, and deliver a film — from concept to final mix.
