In short

For the KeshYou 20 Years Anniversary Show at the Central Stadium in Almaty (May 2026), Flavatars created the AI-driven concert visuals: a virtual stage presence for the KeshYou × Snoop Dogg collaboration «Forever Sunday», the reveal of new member Kamila, an animated intro for the members of twenty years — nineteen women have carried the name — and two separate visual worlds for the songs «Krasivaya» and «Mahabbat». Production partner: Gubsky Talent Hub. Tools: Seedance 2 and GPT Image 2 — directed, not just generated.

The idea

The screens were not backdrops. They were the show’s second stage.

Twenty years of one of Kazakhstan’s best-known girl groups, one stadium evening, and five completely different dramatic problems: an international collaboration that needed a presence, a new member who needed an entrance, thirteen women who needed one shared world, and two songs that needed two opposite moods.

Flavatars answered with one principle — the LED walls are an instrument of dramaturgy, not decoration. Every workstream below was directed for the live moment it belongs to: its music, its light, its place in the evening. The pink line running through this page draws itself as you scroll — the way the show unfolded, number by number.

The work

Five numbers, five worlds — one line of the show

[ 01 · FOREVER SUNDAY ]

A collaboration, engineered into presence

The KeshYou × Snoop Dogg track «Forever Sunday» was released in 2024 — shot in Los Angeles, already an international story. For the anniversary show it needed to live on stage. When the artist’s physical presence became impossible, Flavatars integrated him virtually: an AI-driven performance layer designed into the number’s dramaturgy, so the stadium met a presence — not a video insert.

The earlier stage package for this number — black backdrop, glowing diamonds, giant 3D «KESHYOU» letters — was generated in a 1:1 square and split across three stage screens.

The virtual presence layer, as it ran on the stadium screens.
Shutters, light, macro detail — then the neon «KAMILA».

[ 02 · KAMILA ]

Directing a first impression

A new member is a casting note. An entrance is an event. Flavatars built Kamila’s reveal as a piece of cyber-glamour cinema in Seedance 2: shutter planes and controlled beams hiding the heroine, macro fragments of the look, a silhouette — and only then the face, sealed with a neon «KAMILA». The audience didn’t get information. It got anticipation, and a payoff.

[ 03 · TWENTY YEARS INTRO ]

Twenty years of history, one visual world

Nineteen women have carried the name KeshYou across two decades. The intro brings the group’s story into one place: a single white location, one stage logic, one giant 3D «KESHYOU» sign — so every heroine reads as part of one story, not a slideshow of portraits. Characters were drawn in GPT Image 2 and animated in Seedance 2, in a contemporary K-pop animation aesthetic: bold silhouettes, heightened emotion, stage-level charisma.

[ 04 · «KRASIVAYA» ]

A monochrome poem

For «Krasivaya» the LED walls became a black-and-white fashion film: a sequined silhouette in bursts of white powder, macro peonies under falling light dust, hands and collarbones in rim light — building to a figure standing against a spinning galaxy. A visual poem about beauty and inner strength, scaled to a stadium.

«Krasivaya» — the monochrome world, as staged for the live number.
«Mahabbat» — antiquity at a DJ set, as the stadium saw it.

[ 05 · «MAHABBAT» ]

Antiquity at a DJ set

The opposite world: marble gods in yellow headphones, a statue in heart-shaped glasses, poppies on a classical bust, a DJ booth inside a neon temple, selfies, lasers and vinyl. «Mahabbat» turned cultural memory loose inside club culture — ironic, young and loud. Two songs, one stage, two emotional languages: that contrast is the point.

The cast

Nineteen women, one name

Nineteen women have been part of KeshYou across twenty years. These are the character cards behind the intro — each heroine drawn as a stage persona with her own charisma, all belonging to the same world. Tap any card to see it full-size.

Technology as a creative instrument

Directed, not just generated

Characters were created in GPT Image 2; motion and worlds were built in Seedance 2. But no tool decided what the stadium would feel. Face and style were controlled shot by shot, every lineup was approved by the client before animation, and each song got its own art system instead of a house AI look.

That is the studio’s principle on every stage project: technology should not replace the idea — it should amplify it. AI widened what the direction could stage; the direction decided what the screens would say.

Technology should not replace the idea.

It should amplify it. Five workstreams, five different art systems, one discipline: the direction leads, the tools follow. That is how LED walls stop being backdrops and become the show’s second stage.

FAQ

Quick answers

Who made the concert visuals for the KeshYou 20 Years Anniversary Show? +

Flavatars. The studio created the AI-driven concert visuals, digital scenography and live-performance storytelling for the anniversary show at the Central Stadium in Almaty. Flavatars was brought into the project by Gubsky Talent Hub — Yaroslav Gubsky. Creative direction: Oleg Pylypenko.

What exactly did Flavatars deliver for the show? +

Five workstreams: a virtual stage presence for the KeshYou × Snoop Dogg «Forever Sunday» collaboration, the reveal of new member Kamila, an animated intro uniting the group’s members from twenty years of history, and two separate visual worlds for the songs «Krasivaya» and «Mahabbat» — all built to run on the stadium’s LED screens inside the live dramaturgy.

How did Snoop Dogg appear in the show? +

The KeshYou × Snoop Dogg collaboration «Forever Sunday» was released in 2024. When the artist’s physical presence within the show became impossible, Flavatars helped integrate him virtually — a designed stage presence woven into the live number, not a screen insert. We call the discipline presence engineering.

How was the new member Kamila introduced? +

With a directed reveal made in Seedance 2: shutter planes and controlled light hiding the heroine, macro details, a silhouette, then a step-by-step disclosure ending on the neon «KAMILA» sign. The task was not to show a face — it was to build the audience’s first emotional meeting with her.

What is the Twenty Years intro? +

An animated tribute to the group’s twenty-year history — nineteen women have carried the name KeshYou. Every heroine appears in the same location, by the same stage logic, next to a giant 3D «KESHYOU» sign. Characters were created in GPT Image 2 and animated in Seedance 2, in a contemporary K-pop animation aesthetic.

Why do «Krasivaya» and «Mahabbat» look so different? +

By design. «Krasivaya» got a monochrome fashion world — silhouettes, peonies, powder bursts and a galaxy finale. «Mahabbat» got a pop-art universe where marble statues wear heart-shaped glasses and run a DJ set inside a neon temple. Two emotional languages for one stage, instead of one AI aesthetic stretched over every song.

How was the content adapted to the stage screens? +

It was generated in a 1:1 square, then split across the three rectangular stage screens. Stage logic, scale and perspective were part of the production direction from the start, and every lineup was agreed with the client before animation.
