AI Showreel 2026

Every frame is generated. Including both hosts.

It opens as a game: guess which shots are real. The answer arrives at 2:12 — and it is the same answer for all of them.

In short

The Flavatars AI Showreel 2026 is a 2:26 studio reel in which every single frame is AI-generated — the worlds, the boxing match, the revolver, the studio, and both people presenting it. Around 110 cuts are locked to the beat of the track. It was directed by Oleg Pylypenko, founder of Flavatars, who spent 15+ years on real sets before the models arrived.

How it was made

A model can generate a shot. It cannot decide which shot.

  • 01

    Directed, then generated

Every shot was a shot before it was a prompt: framing, lens, light and blocking decided first, the model asked second. That order is the whole difference.

  • 02

Cut to the beat, not to the clip

The track was analysed for its beat grid and every cut lands on it. Around 110 of them across 2:26 — the reason the reel reads as one film instead of a folder of renders.

  • 03

    The Kuleshov pairs

Shots are ordered so a look in one frame explains the next. Nothing in the reel is narrated; the meaning is assembled in the edit, the way it is in cinema.

  • 04

Imagery in Seedance 2.0, voice in Seed-Audio 1.0

Generated on ByteDance’s BytePlus enterprise console — we run the stack directly rather than through a wrapper, which is what makes the identity of a character hold from shot to shot.
